Buying & Selling with Jaclyn Duggan

I’m originally from McCreary, Manitoba, and now proudly serve clients across a large area of Manitoba. I’m a REALTOR® with Sutton Harrison Realty, and I’ve been in real estate since May 2021. From the beginning, I knew this career was the right fit for me because I genuinely love helping people and being part of such an important chapter in their lives.

Before real estate, I worked in healthcare in emergency rooms, care homes, and scheduling, prior to that i was a marketing manager for a car dealership. My work and life experiences taught me how to stay organized, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and most importantly, connect with people from all walks of life. Life itself has also shaped who I am — from moving provinces, going through divorce and remarriage, raising kids, and navigating all the ups and downs that come with major life changes. I think those experiences help me relate to my clients on a deeper level and truly understand what they may be going through during a move.

People often describe me as easy-going, approachable, and relatable, but also hardworking and goal-oriented. I truly care about my clients and want them to feel supported every step of the way. I love meeting new people, learning something new with every transaction, and seeing the character and history behind different homes and properties.

Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, DIY projects, camping, lake life, and spending time with family and friends. I’m married to a contractor, proud to be a volunteer firefighter’s wife, and a busy girl mom with daughters 14 years apart — one graduating and one still a toddler — so life is always full and exciting.
